Damon Brown, Founder and Lead Integrator
Damon began programming as an enlisted member of the United States Navy in 1996. The discipline, work ethic and experience allowed him to successfully transition to the civilian work force. Damon founded Technicate Computer Solutions in 1999, and completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University, San Marcos in 2001.
As the founder of Technicate Computer Solutions, he has built team and client relationships across the country. Damon received his first programming acumen with his colleague and friend Matthew Catlett in dynamic application development from the California State University system. The award was for creating an online communications portal for students and professors.

Carl Inniss, Director of Development
Carl has worked in the industry for over 15 years. He purchased his first modem at thirteen years old, and was addicted to telecommunications ever since. His professionalism and dedication to client requirements are unparalled.  Since starting with Technicate Solutions, Carl has headed up over 12 successful client projects.  Technicate values his determination to ensure we meet all deadlines and continue to strive for lean development models. 
Carl has experience in social media, SEO and VoIP application development.  He graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a BA in Communication Arts.

Krista Brown, Editor and Accounts Executive
Krista has worked as a hazardous materials regulations specialist since 1996. Her business ethic and keen attention to detail ensure that our clients receive the best customer service, accounts management and web content possible. Krista earned a degree in Urban Planning from Loyola Marymount University in 1996.

Jason Knight, Lead Applications Developer
Jason is our power house integrator.  He began developing applications at 14 years old.  Jason can handle anything from systems administration to MVC application development.  At the young age of 22, he is compelled to develop his skills both in a professional arena and continued education.
